This was partly a rest day from the drive, so only thing planned for this day was Gandhi Ashram and rest. Holiday Inn Express is very close to Gandhi Asram and it takes less that 15 minutes to reach the place.
1:00pm Left the hotel
1:05pm Reached Gandhi Asram. Surprisingly there is not fees or tickets to enter the place.
I must say, I really liked the place, it is very well maintained with lots of popular and not so popular stuff about Gandhi. The walk around the place was soothing. The whole place is like a museum for the life and times of Mahatma Gandhi.

4:50pmWe were back in the hotel.
We stayed in Holiday Inn Express, which probably is best suited for visiting Gandhi Asram. But otherwise there is nothing around the place. We walked around the hotel and one couldn't even find a small eatery around the place. Here is my review of the hotel.
